By accessing or using Sasayaki ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Service Description
Sasayaki is a cross-platform voice-to-text application that provides speech transcription, AI-powered text refinement, and voice note management. The Service is available on macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and the Web.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Subscription & Payment
The Service offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are available as monthly ($25/month) or annual ($120/year) plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. As a digital service, refunds are generally not provided. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to interfere with other users' use of the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sasayaki and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your transcriptions and voice notes remain your property.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Sasayaki be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
